1. Who we are

Ascenciety LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Ascenciety", "we", "us", "our"), runs a sales and business training program. This policy explains what information we collect when you apply or become a student, what we do with it, and how to get it removed.

It covers our website at ascenciety.com and the systems we use to run the program.

2. What we collect

What you tell us on the application form

Technical information collected automatically

When you submit the form we also receive your IP address, your browser type, and which page you came from. We use this to spot automated spam submissions, not to build a profile of you.

If you become a student

We never see or store your card details. When you pay, your card information goes directly to Stripe, our payment processor. It doesn't pass through our website and we have no way to view it. We only see that a payment happened, and for how much.

3. How we use it

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

We collect your mobile number only when you provide it and opt in. The consent checkbox on our forms is optional and unticked by default, and consent is never a condition of purchase. Giving us your number on its own does not opt you in to text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (like our messaging platform) that help us deliver messages.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opting out of texts doesn't remove you from email, and it doesn't cancel your place in the program. Tell us if you'd like that too.

Questions about text messages: support@ascenciety.com.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We share what's needed with the services that run our business:

ServiceWhat they handle
StripePayments. They receive your card details directly and your name and email
NetlifyHosting our website and receiving form submissions
SupabaseThe database where our CRM records are stored
Cal.comBooking calls with our team
DiscordOur student community, and notifying our team about new applications

Each of these has its own privacy terms covering what they hold.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no advertising pixels. We don't track you across other websites, and there's nothing here from an advertising network.

If we ever add analytics, we'll update this page first.

7. How we protect it

No system is perfectly secure, and we can't promise otherwise. If something happens that affects your information, we'll tell you.

8. How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as below.

9. Seeing or deleting your information

You can ask us to:

Email us at the address below and we'll deal with it within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first.

One limit: we may have to keep payment and tax records even after a deletion request, because the law requires it. We'll delete everything else.

10. Students under 18

Our program is bought by adults. If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian completes the payment and agrees to our Student Terms on their behalf.

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

A parent or guardian can ask to see or delete their child's information at any time.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we change something significant about how we use your information, we'll tell applicants and students directly.
