Student Program

These terms apply if you joined the Ascenciety program as a student. If you bought a business system instead, see the Service Agreement.

1. About these terms

These terms apply between you and Ascenciety LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Ascenciety", "we", "us", "our"), when you buy or take part in the Ascenciety program. By paying for the program or accessing our community, you agree to them.

Please read them before you pay. If you don't agree with something here, don't buy the program, and speak to us first.

2. What the program includes

Ascenciety is a training program covering sales and business skills. Depending on the track you join, it includes:

Sales track

Business track

What's included is what we describe to you at the time you buy. We may add to the program, improve it, or change how parts of it are delivered.

This program is an investment in yourself. We give you the training, the community, and the support. What you build with them comes down to the work you put in.

3. Who can join

4. Fees and payment

5. Payment plans and pay-over-time

Paying over time through Klarna or Afterpay

If you choose one of these at checkout, your agreement about the instalments is with them, not with us. As far as we're concerned your program is paid in full, and you deal directly with that provider about your payments.

Pay-over-time options such as Klarna and Afterpay require the payer to be 18 or older.

A payment plan agreed directly with us

If we agree a plan with you directly:

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, all payments are final and non-refundable, including any remaining payment-plan balance.

To request a refund, email or text us within that 24-hour window using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the law that can't be contracted away.

If you think something has gone wrong, contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'd rather sort it out with you directly.

7. Your access

8. Community conduct

Our community only works if people behave well in it. While you have access, don't:

We can remove anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Our materials

Everything we give you — recordings, documents, templates, scripts, frameworks — belongs to us. You may use it for your own business. You may not:

This continues to apply after your access ends.

10. No guarantee of income or results

This program provides training, mentorship, and access to inbound sales opportunities and business-building support. It does not guarantee any level of income, employment, or business outcome.

Deal sizes and figures referenced on our website describe the range of business our team closes, not individual student earnings. What you get out of this depends on your own effort, skill, and circumstances, and on things none of us control.

Any example, case study, or figure you see is an example, not a promise, and not typical of what every student will achieve.

11. Not professional advice

We teach sales and business skills. We are not lawyers, accountants, or financial advisers, and nothing in the program is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Get your own professional advice before making decisions that need it.

12. Your own business and compliance

If you use what you learn to run your own business or work with clients, that business is yours. You are responsible for it, including registering it, paying your own taxes, and following the laws and regulations that apply to you. We're not responsible for what you do with what you learn.

13. Suspension and ending your access

We may suspend or end your access if you:

If we end your access because you broke these terms, fees already paid are not refunded, and any balance you still owe remains due.

You can leave at any time. If you're on a payment plan, the remaining balance is still owed.

14. Changes to the program or these terms

We may update these terms. If we change something significant, we'll tell students. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and continuing to use the program means you accept the updated version.

We may also change how the program is delivered — for example, moving a session, changing a platform, or updating the curriculum — as long as we don't materially reduce what you paid for.

15. Your information

When you apply and when you buy, we collect information such as your name, email, phone number, and your answers on the application form. We use it to contact you, run the program, and keep our records. We don't sell it.

We use third-party services to run the business, including Stripe for payments and Discord for the community. Their own privacy terms apply to what they hold.

To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email us using the address below.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of New Jersey.

Service Agreement

Business Systems

This agreement applies if you bought a business system package from us — Starter, Growth or Full AI System — and any add-ons. If you joined the program as a student, see Part A. Effective 13 October 2026.

1. About this agreement

This agreement is between you and Ascenciety LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Ascenciety", "we", "us", "our"). You accept it by ticking the agreement box when you make your first payment.

It runs month to month. There is no minimum term and no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time under section 6.

2. What you're buying

You buy a package — Starter, Growth or Full AI System — as described on the systems page on the day you pay, plus any optional add-ons. Each package has two prices: a one-time custom build fee and a monthly fee.

The package and add-ons on your checkout link are what we build and run for you. Add-ons are either monthly (added to your monthly fee) or one-time (charged once, with your first payment).

3. Payment and payment plans

Your first payment is your first month plus your one-time build fee. Work starts as soon as your first payment clears.

You can pay the build fee in full with your first payment, or split it into two equal halves: the first half with your first payment, and the second half at launch, before we hand the system over to you. The total is the same either way — there are no extra fees for splitting. We send the second half as an invoice when your system is ready to launch; we launch and hand off once it is paid.

After that, your monthly fee is billed in advance through Stripe on the same date each month until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we'll tell you and may pause the system until it's resolved.

4. The build fee

The build fee pays for the custom work of setting your system up: building, connecting, writing and testing it. Because that work begins the moment your first payment clears, the build fee is non-refundable once work starts.

If you're on the split plan and cancel before launch, the second half is not charged, and we don't launch or hand off the build.

5. Your price and the founding offer

Founding clients (the first 10): your monthly price is locked for life, for as long as your subscription stays active — we will not raise it while you stay. You also get free Google Business Profile optimization and direct text access to James. There is no discount on the build fee.

If a founding client cancels and comes back later, they start again on the pricing current at that time.

Everyone else: your price is the one on your checkout link. If we ever change it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email first, and you can cancel under section 6 before it takes effect.

6. Cancelling

Cancel anytime — no contracts. Email support@ascenciety.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. The system keeps running until then, and nothing further is charged after that.

Cancelling stops future months. The build fee and the current paid month aren't refunded, and we don't refund part of a month.

What happens to your website, contacts and data when you cancel is in section 11.

7. Go-live timelines

Timelines start when both your first payment has cleared and your onboarding answers are in — whichever is later — because we can't build your system without knowing your business.

Starter — live in 7 days or your next month is free. If your Starter system isn't live within 7 days, your next monthly payment is waived. This guarantee applies to Starter only.

Growth and Full AI System — live in 7 days. Text and AI phone features turn on as soon as carrier approval comes through. The next-month-free guarantee does not apply to these packages.

Neither timeline covers delays caused by access or content we asked you for and did not receive, or work quoted separately as a custom request.

Text and AI phone features (such as Speed-to-Lead texts, missed-call text-back and the AI receptionist) turn on as soon as carrier approval comes through, which usually takes 1–3 weeks and is outside our control (see section 15). Waiting on it does not count against either timeline.

8. AI minutes and fair-use texting

AI receptionist minutes. The Full AI System includes 100 AI receptionist minutes per month. Unused minutes don't roll over. You can add 100 more minutes a month with the Extra AI minutes add-on. If you reach your limit, we'll tell you and offer the add-on; we won't charge for extra minutes you haven't agreed to, and calls past the limit may be forwarded to your own phone instead.

Fair-use texting. Texting is included for normal conversations with your own customers and leads — replies, reminders and follow-ups. It is not for bulk marketing blasts. If volumes go well beyond normal use for a business your size, or would put your carrier registration at risk, we'll talk to you before anything changes and may limit sending.

9. Changes and requests

Your monthly plan includes small change requests — a copy edit, a new service in your booking list, a tweak to a follow-up message, that kind of thing.

Bigger work — new pages beyond your package, a new integration, a redesign, anything that is effectively a new build — is quoted separately before we start it.

10. What we need from you

We need the content and access required to do the work: your text and images, your logo if you have one, and access to the accounts involved (domain, socials, existing website, payment processor).

If we can't get what we need, the build waits — and the monthly plan keeps running, since the delay isn't something we can fix from our side.

11. What you own, and what happens when you cancel

You keep your domain, your content and your data — always. That includes your text and images, your client and lead records, and your booking and payment history.

Exporting your contacts and data is always free, at any time, including after you cancel.

Your website and systems run on our platform as part of the monthly plan. When you cancel, they keep running until the end of your paid month. After that the website comes down — unless you choose to buy the website files for a one-time $197 transfer fee, in which case we hand them over for you to host elsewhere. The automations, CRM, AI assistants and platform configuration don't transfer.

12. What Ascenciety owns

The platform your system runs on — the automations, configuration, AI assistants and the underlying templates and code we use — stays ours. You're paying for it to be built and kept running for you, not for ownership of it. The website files transfer only through the paid option in section 11.

13. Your responsibilities

Accurate information. We publish and send what you give us. Your prices, your services, your hours, your claims about your own business — those are yours, and you are responsible for them being accurate and kept up to date.

Consent to contact people. If you give us a list, or connect an existing one, you are confirming those people agreed to hear from you. See section 15 for what we will and won't send.

Your industry's rules. Some fields have their own: licensing, advertising standards, health information, financial or legal advice, pricing disclosure. Complying with the rules that apply to your business is your responsibility, not ours.

We provide tools and setup, not legal advice. Nothing we build or say is legal, tax, medical or financial advice. If something is regulated in your field, check it with someone qualified before it goes out.

14. No guarantee of results

We build and run the system. We don't guarantee any number of leads, bookings, customers or revenue. What you get out of it depends on your market, your offer, your pricing and how you follow up. The only guarantee we make is the Starter go-live guarantee in section 7.

Nothing on our site or in a conversation with us is a promise of a specific result.

15. Messaging, calls and AI

Several features send texts and emails, reply in DMs and chat, or answer your phone with an AI voice. They run in your business's name — in law you are the sender and the caller, and you stay responsible for what goes out. These are the rules we build to.

Consent. We only message people who have contacted you or opted in: an enquiry, a form, a booking, a DM, a past purchase. If you give us a list, you are confirming those people agreed to hear from you. We don't send to bought, scraped or rented lists. The Monthly lead list add-on is for your own outreach, not for automated texting.

Opt-out. Every text carries an opt-out and every email an unsubscribe, both honoured automatically and permanently. We won't switch that off or re-add someone who opted out, on request or otherwise.

AI-written and AI-voice. Replies, posts and follow-ups are drafted by AI from what you tell us about your business, and it can get things wrong. Anything price-sensitive, medical, legal or contractual should be checked by you, and an AI message is not a quote or a commitment on your behalf unless you've told us it can be. The AI receptionist identifies itself as an automated assistant.

Call recording and transcription. The AI receptionist and call summaries process call audio. Recording laws vary by state and some require everyone on the call to consent, not just you. We configure the disclosure; which states you operate in is your call, and you're responsible for that notice being right for them.

Carriers. Business texting requires registering you with the mobile carriers. We handle the filing, the carriers decide, and they can filter or reject messages for reasons outside our control. Registration usually takes one to three weeks and text and AI phone features turn on as soon as it comes through.

If running something would break the law, carrier rules or a platform's terms, we'll pause that feature rather than send it, and tell you why.

16. Limits on liability

Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost revenue, lost opportunity, business interruption, or loss of data beyond the free export we provide under section 11.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the law that cannot be waived, and nothing here limits our liability for fraud.
